- Eligibility
- Open to Fitness First members and guests aged 16+.
- Participants must be physically fit and capable of completing the event.
- Registration
- Teams must register in advance as Mix Team, Male Only, or Ladies Only.
- Registration fee: 10 BHD per team.
- No refunds once registration is confirmed.
- Event Format
- Run 500m → Cycle 2.5km → Run 500m.
- Event takes place inside Fitness First Oasis Mall, Riffa, on 1st August 2026 at 9:00 AM.
- Timing and scoring will be managed by Fitness First staff.
- Prizes & Giveaways
- Every participant receives an event T‑shirt and partner items.
- Top 2 winners in each category will receive an FF Goodie Bag + Exclusive Prizes.
- Prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Safety & Conduct
- Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
- Proper sports attire and footwear are required.
- Any unsafe behavior may result in disqualification.
- Liability Waiver
- Fitness First is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
- By registering, participants accept full responsibility for their health and safety during the event.
- Event Changes
- Fitness First reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation, refunds may be issued at Fitness First’s discretion.
