Steps for taking part in the challenge for members:

  • Ensure you have a MYZONE device - if not, you can purchase one from Fitness First reception.
  • Accept the MYZONE challenge invite sent to you on your registered MYZONE email address and in the MYZONE member app
  • If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. App invites will be visible in your app inbox. If still not found, members are advised to ask at reception.
  • Click ‘Accept’ and you are in the challenge, it’s as simple as that.
  • Start working out with your MYZONE belt or MZ-Switch to start earning MEPs.
  • Keep an eye on your app ‘Challenges’ tab to see how you and your other club members are ranking vs other clubs. Please note this does not indicate who is winning, it is only for fun to showcase MEPs across clubs.

 

 

 Competition Terms and Conditions

 

 

  1. The competition will be open to all active Fitness First members in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar
  2. Employees, freelancers, contributors or anyone else connected to Fitness First can take part in the challenge but are NOT eligible to win prizes.
  3. Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  4. To be eligible to win prizes, you must be an active member at the time of announcing the prizes and your membership must be clear of any arrears at the time of entering the competition as well as at the time of announcing winners.
  5. Only MEPs achieved in the set period will qualify for the challenge.
  6. Make sure to use the MYZONE App while working out to avoid delays in uploading and the possibility of not counting the MEPs. Fitness First is not responsible for any Malfunction in the device resulting in MEPs not being earned/registered
  7. The challenge starts at 00:01 am on 1st September 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on 30th September 2024. Ensure that your MEPs are uploaded before the challenge ends to ensure they are counted.
  8. The winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw from all entries received following these Terms & Conditions.
  9. Winners selected will be announced on 7th October 2024 but if there any challenges, Fitness First reserves the right to change the announcement date and is not under any responsibility to inform the participants beforehand.
  10. Each winner will be notified by phone, email, and SMS by a representative of Fitness First directly. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being notified of their win, the winner's prize is forfeited and Fitness First shall be entitled to select another winner following the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Fitness First shall be entitled to select another winner.
  11. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
  12. MEPs earned in the blue, green, yellow and red zones will be considered for the competition while grey zone MEPs are excluded.
  13. The winner consents to the use by Fitness First, and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the competition for an unlimited time, of the winner's image, photography and name for publicity purposes if required, and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the competition, all entrants consent to the same.
  14. Participants who achieve 2500 MEPs or more will automatically enter a draw for a chance to win a trip to Bali for two people.
  15. The prize includes:
  • Round-trip flights from Dubai to Bali.
  • Airport transfers.
  • 7-night stay in a Double/Twin Room at REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort Nusa Dua Bali.
  • Meals during the stay.
  • A 5-day wellness program at the resort.
  1. If the winner resides in Kuwait, Bahrain or Qatar, return flights to Dubai will be provided.
  2. The trip must be booked directly with our partner by 31st October 2024.
  3. Travel voucher is valid from 30th September to 31st May 2025. It is subject to availability and blackout dates apply.
  4. Only one winner will be selected from across the Middle East.
