My name is Cristina Tourinho, I'm brazilian and I'm Bachelor in Physical Education from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
Since I've graduated in Physical Education I have being working in big clubs and Companies with sports, Fitness, GX classes and Personal Trainer.
And as GX I excelled in my career as a Les Mills Trainer and Presenter for BODYPUMP, and dedicated many years on developing and training new instructors for this program. For 10 years I was also the Training Manager for the same Company.
As an athlete I have competed 3 Crossfit Games in master's Category (2016, 2017, 2018). A huge experience in my life to compete in 3 world championships for this sport.
Now in Fitness First I manage the Signatures programs, and also work on GX instructors development for the Signatures programs. I am also GX instructor for TUFF, Stick Mobility, and Stretch.
