BIOGRAPHY

The practice of Yoga is harmony between strength and flexibility. Yoga helps handle one's own body weight with strength, stability and balance. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Over 12 years of practice in Hatha Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Ashtanga and Iyengar  forms of yoga. 

Two 200 hour Yoga Teacher's Training (YTT) certifications.
