Qualifications
Gladys has delivered fitness courses to hundreds of instructors in the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Australia. She is experienced in delivering Fitness conventions and workshops, worked with LesMills, Mossa, Nike, Studio Pilates as a master trainer and presenter. She was involved in conducting many awareness campaigns for government and private sectors in the UAE. Gladys participated in various TV fitness segments and has made many appearances with Al-Arabia (mbc group), Rotana Khalijia, Showtime, Al-Jazeera sports, Al-Hayah (Egypt), Fatafeat. She was also a regular fitness guest on Al-Arabia 99FM radio.
